Criminal
History Record
All new
members (with the exception of cadets) must have a criminal history check
done at the Prince William County Police Department in Manassas, VA. A
form is required for processing by the police department and is available
with the application packet at any of our three stations or at the Prince
William County Police Records Department.

Note: The Criminal History Request is free to those requesting for the
purpose of DCVFD membership. Be sure to let the records officer know that
you are in the process of applying to the Dale City Volunteer Fire Department.
